31st July 2019 – Harbourside Night Markets, Port Moresby CBD
The Port Moresby CBD will come alive once more with a touch of culture, souvenirs, arts & crafts, fashion and more as POM City Markets host the third monthly Harbourside Night Markets. This is an ideal after-dinner event where visitors can enjoy the falling sunset and picturesque views of Port Moresby Harbour.
The event will be held today, Wednesday 31st July between 5-10pm and features a host of stalls – over 20 in total at the Harbourside Precinct & Serviced Offices, Port Moresby.
“This month (July) will be bigger and better with 20 confirmed local SME stalls selling local artifacts, local fashion designs, and local foods such as dried galip nuts, mouthwatering local honey and much more. So come out, make it an enjoyable evening on the board walk and support our local SME’s” said Ms. Abigail Popoitai, Marketing Manager for Pacific Palms Property. “We envisage this night markets as another alternate event where Port Moresby residents can come and enjoy a peaceful, secure family night out” she added.

Recommend the event. I was there in June – it was so relaxing just walking around the boardwalk and just connecting with some peace and quiet over the sea. Safe parking no hassles.
