Marape said “the government is trying to reinvigorate the education space, creating a pool of funds that is available so that Papua New Guinean children are not leaving schools simply because they don’t have money, or they can’t afford higher education, hence the need for us to implement HELP at the very earliest”.
As a result of today’s launch, the Higher Education Loan Program (HELP) registration portal and information on the program is now online on the DHERST website.
