Passengers traveling to the Philippines must wear a face shield, which is an additional requirement to face masks and other standard COVID19 safety measures.
Both staff and passengers were provided face shield as well as complying to other safety measures including wearing face masks, sanitizing hands and filling in the health forms. Temperature checks were carried out prior to passengers checking in for their flight.
Inflight magazines have been removed from seat pockets and Inflight meals are no longer provided as part of the safety measures.
Air Niugini’s next flight to Manila is scheduled for Sunday 13th September.
