After two matches in the 2019 T20 World Cup Qualifier, PNG are sitting right on top of Group A with 4 points and a great run-rate of 4.337.

PNG captain Assad Vala has led from the front in the two matches so far, in today’s game scoring 48 and then taking 3/19 to lead the Barras to their second victory in as many days, defeating Namibia by 81 runs in Dubai.

Tony Ura top scored with 71 with contributions from Lega Siaka (22) and Sese Bau (26) as PNG batted first to make 7/197 off their 20 overs.

Namibia were then bowled out for 116 off 17.1 overs, handing PNG another win.
