The Motu Koita Assembly (MKA) have launched two new hand wash stations at Primary School.

In acknowledging that keeping hands clean is one of the most important steps we can take to avoid getting sick and spreading germs to others, the Motu Koita Assembly with the support of Water Aid PNG, PNG-Aus Partnership and Pacific Industries launched their first two Hand Wash Stations at Pari Primary School on Thursday 7 May 2020.

According to MKA’s statement via their official Facebook page, they understand that many diseases and conditions are spread by not washing hands with soap and clean, running water and the assembly is working hard to ensure all students, teachers and visitors to all our schools in and near the Motu Koita villages in NCD have Hand Wash Stations installed and are fully operational.

These Hand Wash Stations will be refilled weekly by the MKA.
