The Joint Supervisory Body (JSB) meeting between the Papua New Guinea National Government and the Autonomous Bougainville Government has been rescheduled to Friday 27 November 2020 in Port Moresby.
Prime Minister James Marape and his selected Ministers will head on new and outstanding matters, most notably initiating the commencement of the post referendum consultation process.
Autonomous Bougainville Government President Ishmael Toroama will be leading his full cabinet to the meeting.
Leading up to the JSB will be the Joint Technical Team meeting whereby the agenda for the JSB will be drawn.
The Joint Technical Team meeting is scheduled for Wednesday November 25th, 2020, between Department representatives from the National Government and Autonomous Bougainville Government.
The Bougainville Consultation team will also travel in with the Autonomous Bougainville Government team to observe.
They will be led by former President Chief Dr John Momis.
