Prima Smallgoods have made a donation of its meat products to the group of athletes currently training under Nelson Stone. Coach Stone was on hand to see the national squad athletes Benjamin Aliel, Daniel Baul and Shadrick Tansi collect the products from Prima Sales Staff at their depot in Gordons.
Prima have been supporting Athletics PNG since 2016 with monthly donations of food to groups of athletes in based in Lae, Goroka and the nation’s capital.
With the resumption of training back again at the Sir John Guise Stadium, Nelson’s Stone’s squad of national athletes were keen to get back on the tracks. The athletes were delighted to be able to run on the track again after a lengthy break. During the lockdown period the group were training at and around Stone’s home at Tokarara.
